Do you ever find yourself "not wanting do the wrong thing" and to "not wanting to make mistakes"?
If so, you're not alone. Many women tend to not trust themselves and instead second guess their decisions. We are often afraid to take risks, even the smallest of risks for fear of doing something wrong or making a mistake. This lack of self-confidence keeps us stuck in our comfort zone and as I'm sure you've heard "Life begins at the edge of our comfort zone".
The question I have for you is, "What are you missing out on in life when you are afraid to fail? Or if you are afraid that you will make the wrong decision?". Are you willing to miss out on the things that could potentially create if instead you trusted yourself?
The way to build self-confidence is to take steps outside your comfort zone and no matter the outcome of those steps into the unknown know that it is not a reflection of who you are as a woman. And take small steps to begin with. Taking "baby steps" is better for our self-confidence than giant leaps that cause us to come "crashing down" sometimes causing us to move further back into our comfort zone.
Take away action step: Choose one thing that you are fearful of making a mistake at and make a commitment to someone that you will do it.... and then go do it.
